Mandy Paton-Ash

Member

Mandy has worked in team building for TeamWorks partner The Spirit of Adventure as well as within the corporate environment for Procter & Gamble. During this time, she helped to develop many teams and individuals in a manner that allowed them to deliver work of consistently high standards.

Mandy has a strong track record for organising large events from concerts in Kirstenbosch gardens through to the very first of the TeamWorks Incredible Races.

Paul Broxis

Member

Paul has worked in Sales and Marketing for Procter and Gamble for 8 years in the UK, Ireland and South Africa. During this experience, Paul has been responsible for managing business worth over R1billion and has led and worked in teams throughout.

He has participated in many team building programs that allowed him to experience first hand the methods that have a lasting influence back in the office. Paul has worked as a trainer on courses for P&G developing employees from across the globe.

Nicky Broxis

Member

Nicky worked for 5 years in Procter & Gamble before re-training and becoming a primary school teacher.
More recently Nicky has worked for registered NGO Twenty30 training teachers in different skill areas.

Part of her role was to liaise with Corporates wishing to get involved in Social Responsibility programs. She also worked with the Department of Education to formalize the role Twenty30 plays in education.

Through all three experiences Nicky has gained a strong understanding of corporations, adult and child learning and Social Responsibility.

Patrick Kerr

Non-Executive Member

Patrick has worked extensively with NGOs across Africa in his capacity as head of a development orientated company specializing in small African banks. His expertise in this area has led to him being a highly respected keynote speaker at industry conferences across the continent.

Since then, Patrick has worked as a Management Consultant with a number of Blue Chip financial institutions. He has worked in and led a variety of highly successful business teams and has first hand experience of how much a well integrated team is able to achieve.

Other Staff

All other TeamWorks staff have been extensively trained on how to facilitate groups and to enhance learning experiences. They are used to communicating with people from all walks of life and seek primarily to develop the people that they work with.

TeamWorks staff are measured on the service that they provide and thus guarantee a high quality and high energy experience.
